Interestingly, each had a different but equally effective solution. Some advocated Haldi, others swore by Amla, yet some others by Neem. We used whatever was at hand. Later, when our own children were growing up, we started mixing multiple ingredients, and it worked quite well. How To Use Mix half teaspoon (2gm) of the powder in a little yoghurt (for dry skin) or Rose water (for oily skin) to make a smooth paste. Spread mixture on face and neck. Let it dry. You may feel tingling sensations due to the effective and pure ingredients. Wash off with cold water after 15 minutes. It can be used daily. 3 to 4 applications should be enough to calm down an active outbreak of acne.
